BITS – Business IT Solutions is a local IT company headquartered in Sarajevo, part of the BITS Computer d.o.o. group, operating in the market since 2017. From day one, we’ve worked to ensure every client gets technology that solves real business challenges — not just hardware and software, but also the knowledge and support behind it.
Our team consists of certified engineers and consultants with extensive experience designing and implementing network infrastructure, security, and cloud solutions for companies of various sizes and sectors. We work with leading global manufacturers — Cisco, Dell, Fortinet, and VMware — and regularly renew the partner certifications that confirm this.
Through years of work in the Bosnia and Herzegovina market, we’ve earned the trust of more than 50 companies from finance, telecommunications, healthcare, energy, and the public sector. Every project is a new opportunity for us to show why clients choose us and recommend us further.
